Not sure which length to pick? Start with your weight, check your boot size, then adjust for how you ride. This is a general guide. If you're between sizes or want a second opinion, email us and we'll help you choose.

1. Start with your weight

Rider weight matters more than height when choosing a board length.

Rider weight Suggested length Academy sizes in range
Under 120 lb (under 54 kg) 145–149 cm 145, 146, 149
120–140 lb (54–64 kg) 146–152 cm 146, 149, 150, 152
140–160 lb (64–73 kg) 150–155 cm 150, 152, 153, 155
160–180 lb (73–82 kg) 153–158 cm 153, 155, 156, 157, 158
180–200 lb (82–91 kg) 156–160 cm 156, 157, 158, 159
Over 200 lb (over 91 kg) 158–163 cm 158, 159 and the wide sizes below

2. Check your boot size

  • Regular sizes (24.1–25.5 cm waist) suit most riders in boots up to about US men's 10.5.
  • Wide sizes (marked W, 26.0–26.8 cm waist) are for boots US men's 11 and up, or if your toes or heels drag on a regular board.

3. Adjust for how you ride

  • Size down 2–4 cm for park, rails and street, or if you want a board that's easier to turn.
  • Size up for powder, speed and freeride, or if you're near the top of your weight range.
  • Stiffer boards like the Graduate (9/10 flex) and Hybrid 2.0 (8/10) feel bigger underfoot. The softer Propaganda (6.5/10) is more forgiving if you're between sizes.

How it rides

The Master Series, by Chris Roach, came from one goal: to create one snowboard that performs anywhere and in all conditions. It's built with expert tooling and the best materials available, so riders can build confidence and expand what they're capable of. Chris calls it a "no gimmick" concept for a shaped board.

A micro camber profile gives you edge hold and pop with a smooth, predictable feel. The directional shape and setback stance keep the nose up in soft snow and make the board stable at speed. Carbon X Tech and a Carbonium topsheet add strength and response while keeping it light. At 7/10 the flex is medium, responsive enough to carve hard but not punishing over a long day.
