Return Policy
Academy Snowboard Co accepts returns on new, unused items purchased directly from us within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be returned in new and unused condition with original packaging, stickers and board cards. You are responsible for return shipping unless the items arrive damaged, defective or you receive a mis-shipment. Refunds typically appear on credit card accounts one (1) billing cycle from the original date of purchase. If your return was a gift, the credit will go to the original purchaser of the item. Gift cards and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any unused item can be returned within 30 days.
Exchange Policy
Unused merchandise purchased from Academy Snowboard Co directly can be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value (purchase price) within 30 days of purchase if you need a different size, color or product. Due to limited inventory, we are unable to hold a product for exchange (This includues sold out snowboards, previous season snowboards, limited editon snowboards, any apparel item, any accessory, or anything else sold by Academy Snowboard Co at the discresion of the company). It is recommended to place a new order for the correct product. Placing a new order now will expedite the arrival of your new item, and ensure it won’t go out of stock. You may return your original, unused item(s) for a full refund. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive your return. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
